It is of considerable urgency for the aquaculture industry and the system develpers of camera based sealice counting to enter the market as soon as possible. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority has developt guidelines on how to apply for test using in full scale aquaculture sites. In order to satisfy the guidelines all companies applying to use their systems must provide the same documentation.
For the fishfarmers it is of great importance to be able to evaluate the different supplieres by the the same rules to facilitate this.
The Seafood Innovation Cluster invites to a kick off workshop where we want to start the work to develop commom guidelines for verification, as well as discuss other aspects that are of common interest to meet the needs of the fishfarmers.
