NeIC2019 - Nordic Infrastructure for Open Science

The NeIC conferences are organised biannually bringing together around 230 experts, researchers, policy makers, funders and national eIntrastructure providers from the Nordics and beyond. The aim is to create an opportunity for people in the eInfrastructure field to connect and collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics and to enable them to share knowledge and expertise. The title for this year’s event is ‘Nordic Infrastructure for Open Science’. We will take a closer look at how we can collaborate across borders to strengthen the field of Open Science. During the three days of the conference will show examples of Open Science collaborations taking place in the Nordic region, as well as connect what is happening in the Nordics to a larger, international context – in particular the European Open Science Cloud.

The three course dinner will take place at 19.00 at Gemyse Restaurant inside the Copenhagen Tivoli Amusement Park (Tivoli entrance included). Your entrance ticket will be given to you at the registration desk at the conference. The dinner is subsidised by NeIC. The additional cost of 550 NOK will be added to your registration fee. Please note that we only have 150 seats available. Seats will be booked on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
On the evening of the 15th May there will be various social activites that you can join across Copenhagen city. Please indicate which social activity you would like to attend below. A short description of each activity to help you choose can be found here: https://indico.neic.no/event/18/page/8-social-activities. All social activities include an informal dinnner.
