Mysore classes

In these classes you will experience how to do yoga on your own and develop your own ashtanga practice. In Mysore style everyone gets personal coaching and adjustments. More experienced students can deepen their practice under guidance of an experienced and certified teacher. 

Understanding Yoga Philosophy.
With chanting, mythological story and exploration of the main philosophical texts we will explore the heart of yoga's meaning and its relevance to us as yoga asana practitioners. There will be plenty of time for questions, both theoretical and practical.

If you  do not want to be a part of the workshop, we will extend your card for one week or you can come practice the days of the workshop between 9.30 and 11.00. Sunday will only be for the ones joining the workshop.


Luke Jordan is one a very small number of teachers worldwide Certified to teach the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method.

In 2000, while preparing for final exams at University, Luke happened upon this powerful system of yoga and was instantly hooked. Immediately he became a daily practitioner and sought out the finest available teachers who could help him deepen his understanding and practice of yoga. This led him to the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore and his teachers Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois. As well as regularly returning there, for many years Luke has been travelling internationally giving workshops committed to sharing Ashtanga Yoga in its purest form. He is also an avid student of India's rich philosophical traditions about which and has completed a Masters degree and loves to share his knowledge of Yoga's philosophical aspect.
