- All workshops, parties, dance shows & rest of program
- Salsa concert at Riksscenen Friday night
- Rhythmical Forum, debate and art exhibition
- 2 nights in Comfort Hotel 33 (Friday 22.-Sunday 24.10 or Saturday 23.-Monday 25.10) with an abundant breakfast buffet
- Warm lunch Saturday & Sunday
- 3-course Gala Dinner Saturday evening, together with the artists
- Sunday evening pizza

PS! Due to high demand on All-Inclusive Pass also to be possible for the nights Saturday - Monday instead of Friday-Sunday, we have now included both options. Default option is still Friday-Sunday, but if you prefer Saturday-Monday, please tick the box below with that alternative :D
You may choose to add an extra hotel night if you want to make it a long weekend and arrive Thursday or stay until Monday.

The OCF Pass
Due to re-opening after Covid-19 and no restrictions on social dance, we will the last weeks divide the OCF Pass in LEAD/MEN and FOLLOW/LADIES pass, in order to obtain better balance of lead/follow at the festival.
Included in the Pass:
- All workshops, parties, dance shows
- Salsa concert at Riksscenen Friday night
- Rhythmical Forum, debate and art exhibition

The lunches will be served as a buffet with healthy and green, hot and cold dishes, salads and bread.

HOTEL OPTION:

If you wish to stay 2 nights, the all-inclusive pass is the best option.

- For the OCF All Inclusive Pass including all meals and hotel stay at Quality Hotel 33, you only pay a deposit of 1000 NOK (per pass) during sign-up. The remaining amount is to be paid within 7 days to the festival bank account. You will receive an e-mail with remaining payment and bank information within 48 hours after sign-up.
- For the Oslo Caribbean Festival Pass all payment is done during sign-up.

Venues
This years we are using two venues:
Friday @Riksscenen: Info desk/registration, workshops, concert
Address: Trondheimsveien 2, lower Grünerløkka
For the live concert, there is no better venue in town than Riksscenen. We will therefore start our festival here on Friday 22nd of October, with workshops, concert, show and party.
Saturday & Sunday @Quality Hotel 33: Info desk/registration, workshops, parties & rest of festival program
Here we will have workshops in 4 parallel rooms, parties and most of the festival program.
We recommend to grant yourself some luxury and choose to stay at this comfortable hotel during the weekend, and get the full dance congress experience. Even if you live in Oslo. Please check out our very tempting offer for a All-Inclusive OCF Pass, with hotel stay and all meals included.
The festival program will contain the following:
- Parallel workshops in different rooms during Friday - Sunday, lead by some of our finest dance teachers in Norway
- Salsa concert with 11 piece orchestra Henri y su KAche Friday night, djs playing great tunes before and after
PS! The concert is included in the festival pass! - Dance shows representing teachers, dance schools, & some independent groups
- Interesting Rhythmical Forum with contributing dancers and musicians on stage
- Live debate - topic to be announced
- Art Exhibition
We will as last year be following the Covid-19 guidelines closely, and prepare the festival program accordingly.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of your pass must be done in writing, and only to post@oslocaribbean.com to be valid.
Please submit your full name, and your sign-up receipt (screenshot or number), and your bank account.
An administration fee of 450 nok is withdrawn from the refund.
After Sep 21st a cancellation fee of 900 nok is added to the administration fee; meaning that after this date, a total of 1350 nok will be withdrawn from the paid price of each pass, before refunding the remaining amount.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will of course receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to handle last-minute changes the week before the festival.
