Welcome to the web-registration form for Exhibitors for NECS 2022. Pease go to the NECS 2022 HOMEPAGE for general information and to the EXHIBITOR PAGE for fees and services. Exhibitors pay one fee (NOK 8000) including free registration for one person, From the first line of the Category or participation pull down meny choose Category Exhibitor incl one person (NOK 8000). Additional exhibitor persons register by the BY ADD PARTICIPANT OPTION at the bottom of this page to get only one invoice. Choose Exhibitor addtional person reg.fee (NOK 3000) and fill in name and other registrant detail options (even those beeing the same for the main exhibitor above, as it is needed for our records). Please note that the hotelreservation is a personal agreament between you and the hotel, This need to be payed to the hotel on checkout. (will be charged you afterwards if not payed). You can choose payment by card or invoice. Invoice is preferred if you want to check that all is correct before paying. Please make sure to add the correct invoice address on the last page of the registration form if this is different from the details you added on page one. You will immediately receive a confirmation mail with receipt (if card) and invoice (if choosen). The invoice payment limit is normally 14 days.
