Depression, stress and anxiety can easily occur when we realize the serious situation our world is in. What can we do to overcome our discomfort and how can we handle our emotions in a way that is constructive?
Menpa (Amjee) Namgyal Phunrab is a Certified Registered Practitioner of Tibetan Medicine. He received his certification with distinction and is appreciated for his holistic thinking and his caring way of treating patients. He holds lectures, workshops and seminars on the Traditional Tibetan Medical System worldwide. He currently lives in South-India with his wife and two daughters. Menpa (Amjee) Namgyal Phunrab teaches in English.
