Once you submit this form and pay the application fee, make sure to submit any other documentation promptly and complete the application in OpenWater. 

All documents, including recommendation letters, need to be submitted and received by NORAM no later than December 1st 2022. 

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. Please make sure you qualify before submitting your application and paying the fee. Refer to our website for more information about the requirements.
