Are you ready to empty your cup?

ITF Radix seminars are all about thinking out of the box, and learning new things about subjects you already know. Expand your knowledge about techniques you have trained for years. Since I.T.F. Taekwon-Do is our chosen system of martial arts we want to get the best out of it. We are focusing on a pragmatic and selfdefense orientated approach, and explore beyond the block and punch interpretation. We made it our project to share our findings and enthusiasm with the I.T.F. community to keep on developing our wonderful art.

So far we got International Instructors from Sweden, Denmark, Nederlands and Norway atending. And there is all set for a fantastic weekend in the capital of Norway.
