Cost for non-BSCC affiliated members: Hotel single room cost of 2740 NOK (or 2490 NOK for double room) per person, to be paid directly to the Hotel. This includes: breakfast, lunches, dinner, coffee breaks, free wifi, free access to spa area, and free parking.

Meeting attendance without hotel room: 660 NOK per day, includes lunch, free wifi and coffee breaks.
Meeting attendance with dinner, without lunch: 630 NOK.

Cost for BSCC affiliated members: Free of charge.

Sign up for lightning talks! We will have lightning talks where PhD students and postdoctoral fellows are invited to give a short talk (5 minutes) about their research. There will be a prize for the best lightning talk. Students that participate with lightning talks can apply to BSCC for support for travel expenses up to 2000NOK if traveling from outside Bergen, and are covered meeting expenses.
